The site is built on Azure Static Web Apps, reviewed through Azure DevOps Pull Requests, and operated as a portfolio-style learning and publishing project.
How content is prepared
Articles may begin with AI-assisted drafting, but public content is expected to pass human review before release.
The current workflow keeps source links, review notes, and QA signals close to each article so claims can be checked before deployment.
Commercial status
The site is not currently running paid advertising, sponsorship placements, affiliate links, or user accounts.
Commercial features should only be added after the public policy pages, contact route, privacy disclosure, and content quality baseline are ready.
